Custom work
Custom orders start with a quote — no commitment until you accept it. Most work begins with a 50% deposit; the balance is charged when you approve your proof. Nothing is made until you approve a proof, and two revision rounds are always included. Extra rounds bill a small design fee that's shown before you commit. If you decline a proof, your deposit is handled per the policy stated on your quote — typically refundable minus design time already spent.
Your uploads & IP
When you upload photos, logos, or artwork, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them. We can't reproduce copyrighted characters or artwork that isn't yours — we'll decline those requests, with apologies to your favorite mouse.
Returns
Pre-made batch pieces: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition — you cover return shipping. Custom pieces are made for you and can't be returned, but if something arrives damaged or isn't what you approved, we'll remake it or make it right.
Shipping & pickup
Flat-rate shipping in the US, free over $75. Local pickup in San Diego is always free — we'll email you when your piece is ready.
Privacy
We keep your email and order history to run your orders and nothing else. Payments are handled by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers. Reference uploads and proofs live in private storage, visible only to you and the workshop. No passwords are ever stored because we never ask for one.
